Process

Round 1 — Exploration

  • Brainstormed initial visual directions for shelf and floor formats

  • Focused on hierarchy, CTA clarity, and brand emphasis

Round 2 — Marketing Feedback

  • Narrowed to a few promising directions based on clarity and shelf impact

  • Refined messaging and visual emphasis

Round 3 — Leadership Review

  • Presented refined concepts to CEO + marketing

  • One shelf talker and one floor talker direction selected

Round 4 — Refinement & Production

  • Produced 6 variations for shelf talker and 3 for floor talker to test hierarchy, spacing, and print readability

  • Collaborated closely with marketing to finalize print-ready files


Outcome

Final designs prepared for large-scale physical deployment.

Deployment

  • Deployed across ~1,000 Albertsons stores nationwide

  • Live for 4 weeks (December 2025)

  • ~7.3M estimated in-store impressions

  • Based on per-placement retail traffic estimates
